Ride Refurbishment: How It Works

When we refurbish your ride, we start by stripping it down to the bare steel and refurbishing it from the ground up giving your ride a fresh, brand-new appearance.

  • Inspection - A ride inspection is required for an initial fee, which will be credited toward the total cost if a full refurbishment is completed.
  • Scope of Work & Estimate - After the inspection, we’ll evaluate your ride and identify the necessary services. We will provide a list of required items plus any optional opportunities. Once the scope of work is defined, we’ll provide an estimate.
  • Ride Disassembly - We’ll arrange for your ride to be shipped to the factory, where our team will dismantle it for refurbishment. During disassembly, we may identify additional needed repairs. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed with you before proceeding with additional repairs.
  • Primed and Repainted - Steel parts undergo media blasting, inspection, and non-destructive testing prior to priming and repainting at our advanced paint facility. It is painted using the highest quality single-stage urethane system or automotive paint system based on need.
  • Fiberglass and Plastic Parts - Fiberglass and plastic parts are repaired or replaced, then repainted for a sleek, refreshed finish.
  • Control Systems, Wiring & Lighting - Control systems are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and upgraded to meet industry standards. Where applicable, we install new wiring, lighting, and optional custom LED theming per customer request.
  • Final Assembly, Testing, and Ride Delivery - Refurbished components are reassembled, tested, and shipped back to you, with your ride ready for customers to enjoy!
