Function: Project Management Role: Project Manager Reports to: Project Management Director General Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for directing all phases of projects from late contract execution through delivery and installation acting as the primary customer contact to meet project objectives. This individual is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, budget control and on-time completion ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. • PMP certification a plus
• Strong proficiency in PM Software and tools; CAD experience a plus
• Amusement industry experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience demonstrating successful management of challenging manufacturing projects
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and ever-changing priorities in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented with a positive, get-it-done attitude
• Occasional domestic and international travel

Job Summary: The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between departments and clients. This role involves administrative tasks, customer records maintenance, and sales support to ensure efficient company operations. Administrative Support:

• Perform clerical duties to help sales office run smoothly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and emails relating to sales queries.
• Coordinate and direct visitors
• Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for sales team members.
• Prepare spreadsheets and presentations for leadership staff

Customer Records:

• Maintain existing customer sales records and create records for new customers.

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our extensive product line. Come grow with us!

Job Duties:

• Travel to customer locations (domestic and international) to install or troubleshoot with high regard to customer service and quality
• Install and service all Chance Rides equipment in accordance to drawings and engineered specifications
• Oversee installation projects onsite by delegating, communicating, training, organizing and facilitating effectively
• Follow safety guidelines at all times and report any violations to management
• Perform in-house assistance to various teams when not in the field
• Complete required installation paperwork and expense tracking online
• Other duties as assigned

Job Expectations:

• Utilize experience and a wide degree of independent judgment while in the field to plan and accomplish goals; perform a variety of tasks related to field service and meet deadlines
• Team-player who can work effectively with all personnel in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions to issues
• Work to improve systems, practices and expenses in regard to customer and field service

 Job Requirements:

• 3-6 years of mechanical/electrical service/install experience, overseeing assembly and/or installation of quality specialized products; amusement industry experience as a maintenance or electrical technician is preferred
• Proven understanding of electrical/mechanical applications, project management, and quality assurance programs
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (including weekends) 60-70% of the year and for extended periods of time is required
• Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, technical and troubleshooting skills
• Sound organizational skills, proven ability to delegate tasks, and experience with customer relations a must
• Strong computer and mobile device skills a plus
• Ability to manage on time arrival and as scheduled to job sites and to work within established guidelines and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; valid passport (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Familiar with ASTM safety standards a plus
• Ability to provide own basic hand and power tools
• Overall maintenance experience will be considered for this role

  General Purpose: Chance Rides, LLC manufactures a diverse line of amusement ride products including trains, trams, carousels, thrill rides, observation wheels and roller coasters that are enjoyed all over the world. With over 60 years of legacy and talent, our dedicated leadership, management and skilled workforce serves customers, including stand-alone attraction venues across the globe and large and regional theme parks, family entertainment centers, zoos and aquariums. We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk/Crate Builder to join our growing team. Primary Job Duties (including but not limited too):

• Pull orders for shipment
• Pack and ship items of various sizes and materials
• Knowledge of all standard size boxes, proper packaging, making boxes, securing boxes, skidding, crating, etc.
• Prepare outbound shipments, fill out paperwork, ensure material is packaged accurately, print shipping labels, etc.
• Use UPS shipping system and maintain good knowledge of freight carriers
• Track shipments
• Ensure all scheduled items go out on time
• Assist with stockroom and receiving duties as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Keep shipping area clean and organized
• Operate forklifts
• Proficient use of email system (Outlook)
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Ensure terms and services are correctly processed on every shipment
• Use of saws, nail guns, screw guns and other power tools to prepare LTL shipments as needed

Minimum Skills/Requirements for Position:

• At least 2 years of relevant shipping/warehouse experience
• Previous experience with UPS and LTL shipping
• Carpentry/crate building experience
• Highly organized, detail oriented, time efficient, self-starter with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work within deadlines, follow verbal instructions and work independently
• Experience using MRP system- Global Shop preferred
• Valid DL with clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check

With a steady growth in business, we are currently looking for an experienced Parts Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Duties include (but not limited to):

• Take and respond to customer phone calls and emails with courtesy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Provides timely and accurate information to customer inquiries for parts pricing, availability, and order status.
• Monitor and interact with E-commerce sales
• Enter sales orders via ERP system
• Provide technical help on our full line of products via phone/email.
• Manage back ordered parts (dates, addresses, colors, etc.)
• Work with purchasing and production to ensure on time delivery of parts.
• Generates weekly and monthly parts sales reports for management.
• Proactively conduct calls to clients/customers

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in a parts/customer service role
• Ability to read technical parts manuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Experience using an ERP system (Global Shop preferred)

Chance Rides, LLC is currently seeking an Electrician/Panel Builder to join the team.

  Job Duties (include but not limited too):

• Layout various electrical panel assemblies and cabinets per engineering direction
• Build motor control centers for power distribution and controls (PLC, VFDs, HIMS) to UL 508A & NEC code
• Build operator control consoles for operator interface (PBs, pilot lights, displays, etc.) to UL 508A & NEC code
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skillset:

• Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience building panels /cabinets (UL 508A assembly); 5-10 years’ experience as a journeyman electrician a plus
• Experience with electrical installation in a final assembly environment (conduit bending, wire pulls, etc.)
• Familiar with use of multiple hand tools (drills, rivet guns, air saws, die grinders, taps, dies, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and schematics
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills
• Self-motivated to see a project or problem through to resolution
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and on multiple projects
• Willingness to submit to and ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
• Ability to work 1st shift with overtime as needed

Chance Rides, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join the team.

Requirements include (but not limited to):

• Must have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Must be mechanically inclined and highly skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Requires high attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.
• Candidate must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Candidate must be able to maintain 1st shift employment, work OT as needed, follow written and verbal instructions, work within production deadlines, work both independently and with a team of people, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of heavy manufacturing assembly experience. Highly proficient with hand and power tools. Experience with crating and securing loads on flatbed trailers. Carpentry experience (using saws,nail guns, etc.) a definite plus. Chance Rides Offers:
